Taste: This is a lightly spicy array of crushed red and black fruits with a savory and peppery finish. This medium body wine is very easy to drink and pairs well with everything from roasted vegetable to salmon dishes.
Winemaker/Winery: Swick Wines is based in Newberg, Oregon on the northern end of the Willamette Valley. Our focus is on producing terroir driven, additive free wines from organically farmed sites throughout Oregon (Willamette Valley) and Washginton (Columbia Valley). Joe Swick sources from certified organic or organically farmed vineyards where possible; uses lower levels of sulfur at bottling whenever possible; and neither filters or fines his wines at bottling.
